We accept online reservations using the below button but also accept phone reservations at 406-889-6501 OPT 1. Please review our basic reservation guidelines.
We recommend using our online booking system (see below) because it will have ALL available lodging based on the arrival and departure dates you enter and the number in your party. While you may prefer a particular suite or cottage, our booking system is based on the entirety of your stay and will only display what is available for consecutive nights for your party size.
All reservations are priced based on the suite or cottage and do not include the Montana State Hotel tax of 8% or the standard resort fee of $32 per night.
Reservations may be canceled for a full refund up until 30 days prior to arrival. Any reservations made in less than 30 days from arrival are non-refundable. Any cancellation for any reason within 30 days of arrival is non-refundable.
Pets up to 50 pounds may be allowed in certain suites, but not cottages. There is a $50 per night fee and owners are required to kennel the pet when unaccompanied. Larger pets are not allowed.
Some suites have access to a full living area and full kitchen for an additional fee. Please ask a customer service representative before making your reservation.
From time to time we offer stay and play packages. Please inquire about what specials may be available prior to booking. Once your reservation has been made, your rate is locked in.
Your lodging entitles you access to our Water Park, Sports Park, Wilderness Lake and free rental of some sporting equipment. After making your selection and confirming your reservation, it is highly recommended to arrange booking of any optional amenities like golf, horse riding, spa, dinner, etc. prior to arrival to ensure availability during your stay.
Because we are open to the public and accept walk-ins, it is advisable to make a tee-time for you and your party. We book in 12 minute increments with a minimum of 4 golfers per time. We will always try to pair up less than 4 people to keep the flow of play going well. Please review our other guidelines below.
Fees range from time of year, day of week, and time of day. Please click the booking button below to review current or future rates.
All tee times must be guaranteed with a major credit card. If you need to cancel, you must cancel at least 1 week in advance of your tee time. Cancellations under 1 week or no-shows will be charged in full.
The golf pro shop at Wilderness Club features a great selection of mens and womens golf attire, outerwear, and shoes from the best brands in golf.
At this time we do not have an online method to book a reservation for HORSE RIDING, SPA & WELLNESS, or WILDERNESS GRILLE. To learn the required information that will be needed to secure a booking via phone, please review the below guidelines.
ALL AMENITY BOOKINGS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOUR NOTICE.
A credit card or room number is required to secure a reservation. Cancellation within 24 hours of the booked time, or no-shows, less than amount of people booked, or a variance is the type of rider described during the reservation process will result in a full fee charge being billed to your card or room.
All guests will need to provide the age, height, weight, and experience level of any rider desiring to book a time for a trail ride, carriage ride, or lesson. Please have this information available prior to contacting the Front Desk. Rates for the Horse Park are available HERE .
Attire requirements include full length pants, no open-toed shoes, and appropriate weather related top or jacket.
Prior experience does not dictate eligibility to participate in the trail ride. An evaluation of each rider will take place in the arena prior to being allowed to continue with the trail ride. Denial of trail riding does not negate the rider’s ability to remain in the arena to experience safety contained riding for the same duration.
Inclement weather may necessitate a cancelation of a reservation until a later time.
